Shamie Shamie Mom.. you haven't posted in like a month! lol You must be busy or something? :) I just thought I would post and tell everyone hello and I hope that you all are keeping my mom busy ! Thanks to EVERYONE who stopped by out booth on Saturday at the Autumn Street Fair ! We had a very successful day and although it was a bit windy and we almost lost our tent a few times..(thanks to the nice guy who happened to help us hold it down when that big gust came thru) lol But besides the wind it was a BEAUTIFUL day and we had a great turn out ! We were asked a few times why we weren't doing out shakes, and a few were disappointed..but we had no way to wash dishes..so we just stuck to pushing out great energy teas ! They were a big hit, and if you haven't tried one you definitely need to ! So thank you again to everyone who came by and supported us..we couldn't do it without you !!

I realize this post revealing our "flavor of the week" is a bit early...but I couldn't resist ! (Brit has stepped out for just a moment so I made a mad dash to post this before she returns-she likes to keep everyone in suspense )

While everyone is gearing down with the holiday week-end approaching and sadly enough--the last hurrah of summer, we couldn't resist next week's flavor.
Let's all take that last dip in the pool...or trip to the lake...or camping adventure...or bonfire and weiner roast....or make your last S'more....wait a minute !

It won't be the LAST S'more cause we will be blending them up ALL week long next week for our ever popular S'more Shake :) Back by popular demand..so if you missed this special at the beginning of summer, now is your chance. Creamy chocolate, toasted marshmallow flavoring and just a hint of graham cracker crumbs. Yummmmyyy ! This shake will top off at under 200 calories, so it's great for either an afternoon treat or as a meal replacement. Remember--the Healthy Meal Shake Mix is added to ALL of our shakes which gives you the nutrition you need when using these as one of your meals. The best thing----they taste great too !

I just want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the most amazing woman that I know..my mom !! A woman who is so willing to do any and everything for anyone and who puts others before herself on a daily basis ! She is such a strong Christian woman and I look up to her in every way ! I owe all that I am and have become to her and the way she has raised me.. I hope I make her proud daily :) She loves me and Gracie unconditionally and would do anything for either of us..we are both so lucky ! God has truly blessed me with an amazing family..I couldn't ever ask for anything more ! Thank you mom for all that you do..you're not only my mom, but my best friend as well. You've always been there for me..no matter what the circumstance..and I know you're always on my side. I hope that you have an amazing birthday..your two girls are so proud to have a mom like you !! We love you more than we could ever say or show !!

Elvis...gone, but not forgotten

Ok, so I'm not a huge Elvis fan but I definitely remember all the hoopla that followed his untimely death (much like we have just experienced with Michael J)....and it is sad to say, but I even remember where I was and what I was doing at school when his death was announced! And NO, I will NOT disclose my age so you can calculate what grade I would've been in :)

So............to celebrate the "King" we are dedicating our shake of the week to him.

The beginning of school is upon us :( Where has the summer gone? With school comes the hustle and bustle of dragging children out of bed, getting them dressed and "attempting" to get some kind of breakfast in them to jump-start their day.

Memorial Day !

Our camper is packed, hooked up and ready to pull out :) Yay....it's family time for us on this wonderful holiday week-end! We take advantage of this every chance we get--can't pass up these opportunities, ya know. (thanks Kat for springin Britt this weekend)

Gracie is super-excited as always and I think the child has packed everything she owns just for a three day trip. (she comes by it honest though, right sis?) A girl can never be too prepared and that's coming from a long time Girl Scout-er!

Here's wishing all those Seniors out there a rain-free graduation night and a safe time...hope all will take advantage of Project Graduation. You are so lucky to have the support of so many that have made this night possible. We've had several students in today getting their favorite shake and they are all so excited to hit this milestone in their lives.

This morning bright and early I had the privilege of attending the Health & Fitness Day for the City of McMinnville. Let's just say that when venturing out at 7:00 a.m. I had plenty of our Herbal Tea ready to hand out as samples. Where there were a few that were hesitant at first, when they saw how good they tasted---they were back for more! These herbal teas are THE BEST at giving you that extra boost of energy you need---I plan mine strategically for early morning and mid-afternoon (my definite sinking spell times). Mix the tea in your favorite sports bottle with water...add your sugar-free drink mixes (the drop-in pre measured are awesome)...and you are off and running:)

Thank you to the City of McMinnville for inviting me---after all Herbalife is a wonderful Nutritional Product that is very appropriate for a Health Day such as this!

We are offering tea samples here at the shoppe thru the end of the week (or until they are gone) so be sure and stop by and try it out...Lemon-Berry & Fuzzy Navel :)

Well...not literally (I suppose that depends on who you ask) But we have bananas everywhere! A helathy way to add a great taste to your shake. Chocolate-Banana, Peanut butter-Banana, Banana Split, Strawberry-Banana, or just plain ole' Banana......feel like a monkey yet?

It's that simple, you tell us the flavor you want and we'll give it our best shot. When we say the sky is the limit, we mean it. We have had some mighty interesting combinations given to us..but hey, if it works for you--we have no problem!

Cappuccino anyone?

I have discovered another all time favorite for me....Caramel-Mocha Cappuccino Smoothie. Yummy yummy is all I can say. Ok, so I know I shouldn't do the coffee thing (and I don't--as much) but you can't deprive a girl of everything now can you ?

This is a fantastic shake that is still made with the Herbalife Healthy Meal Shake mix..we add a little coffee..a little chocolate...a little caramel and blend on high:) Of course we can add or delete any of the flavors. We have become the experts at "tweeking" any recipe just for your taste buds. My husband has even put his stamp of approval on this specialty !

These blenders have been on high all morning. Gotta relieve my bestest helper ever (Britt) in the kitchen. If she hears me typing on this computer she will wonder why I'm not washing dishes right now :)

A big "thanks" to everyone who has stopped by and checked us out this week! We have had great response and certainly enjoyed seeing the many friends and familiar faces.
